Imma Royal
Imma is a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). She has a Masters of Social Work and 15 years experience in the Mental Health field. Her approach to life coaching comes from a trauma informed lens. We all carry trauma from significant emotional events that traps us in patterns at the unconscious or symbolic level that reinforce false beliefs and paradigms. When holding a space that allows for being seen at our most vulnerable and core level, transformations can begin. I bring a mindfulness approach from meditation practice that allows me to create a safe space for my clients.

My training of Astrology was based on what is observable in the night sky, or sidereal zodiac. This is the tradition of Shamanic Astrology brought to us by Daniel Giamario. His mentors were Dane Rudyhar who is the father of esoteric astrology and his teacher Marc Edmond Jones who was the major leader in the twentieth century of a movement to reformulate the study of astrology.
Astrology is a complex science and art with over 12 planets, dwarf planets and astroids combined with the signs and house placement this makes each chart almost infinitely unique chart. So summarizing a person by their sun sign only gives a general sense or theme that may or may not resonate when considering all the other aspects a person possesses. Guided meditation
Are you ready to start a meditation practice and not sure how to begin? There are many methods to choose from. Experience more confidence in a group environment to supplement your individual practice. We start out with simple breathing techniques, mantra to relax the mind and a short formal practice. Studies show that consistent meditation over time calms the nervous system and can smooth out erratic brain waves so that the frontal lobe can be utilized to gain better balance and control in one’s life

The values elicitation session was a surprisingly simple yet practical guide that helped with developing mindful habits. In fact once I did it it seems to run by itself in the background of my mind giving me a better understanding about myself, and a better perspective of the direction I TRULY want to go in life!

@rebeccahail: A little insight that will only be understood by those that struggle or have struggled. A while back I was having some dark sky type of days. I visited with an old and new friend they do meditation type self care. (They have not been enlightened to and still do not know the details of my struggles. For a matter of fact I myself did not understand. I thought everything was me, my fault, something was wrong with me as a person. ) Anyway, they did not want the details because those did not matter to them. Only I mattered. After an in general visit I was asked to close my eyes. Go to a place of security and happiness. Then to look at an object (physical duplication of emotional hindering) that was feeding my hurt. Well I saw a rock in the dirt road, it was more like a boulder. I was asked to use my mind to clear it. I couldn’t it was not budging. (I am relaxed with my eyes closed the entire time) After two failed attempts I was asked what was keeping it there? My initial response was that it was to big and heavy. “No it’s not look at it again, what is keeping it there?” So my mind did a full evaluation of the situation. Son of a botched! There is someone on the other side holding it there not allowing it to move! “Ok, what do you need to do?” “Saddened I sad I had to move the person before I could move the rock” “okay do it” I did I cleared the person that was keeping the emotional boulder in my path, walked over to the boulder and pushed it to the side, no longer dividing the things that make me happy, at peace and secure. I did it! When it was done and we talked they told me that knowing how strong I am they were not surprised to hear that I wasn’t just going against the rock. I have kept this visual everyday. I feel more at peace with a new sense of clarity. Taking in the situations. Peaceful. Mind you every day is not a ray of sunshine, goodness it is not near as dark as it once was. Everyday I know I have to use mental strength to keep it that way. It is feeling more natural everyday with less work. God has given us the strength, insight, know how and tools to overcome our obstacles even when it hurts. We have to put these gifts to work, use them. Each time I hit the rock that is blocking me I ask” WHO IS KEEPING IT THERE?” 1) Is it me? Am I not letting it go? If so it is up to me to let go and move it. 2) Is someone else keeping it there? If so talk, explain. If they care they will let go and maybe help remove it. If they do not let go you have two choices, allow the obstacle to continue to be in your way, or remove the person holding it there, toss the rock aside. But you are making they choice either way. Reflection is the only solution no matter what choice you make. What matters? You do! Reflect then correct. If it doesn’t work go through the steps again! Reflect/correct. Love yourself more.❤️ Never allow anyone to deflect it back on you! You matter to much!
